Dedicated to Serving Miami's Health Needs
Dr. Alie Darbouze has invested a lot of time coaching and developing others to become successful leaders and has created multiple opportunities for many to make a living for their own families. She has done so through her illustrious career as a pharmacist and healthcare supervisor.
Alie and her siblings were raised by her parents and Godmother in a small neighborhood in Haiti. Her parents believed in a solid education and invested heavily in her. Immediately after high school in Haiti, Alie moved to Miami, where she completed an associate degree and pre-pharmacy courses at Miami-Dade College. While there, she enjoyed tutoring math and chemistry to her peers. In 1995, she was accepted into Pharmacy School and relocated to Tallahassee where she had the opportunity to attend Florida A&M University to obtain her Doctorate in Pharmacy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999.

Her professional career began as a pharmacist at a chain pharmacy. Soon after, she became a pharmacy manager. In 2017, she was promoted to Healthcare Supervisor. Her goal is to be a leader who makes a difference.
Besides work, she enjoys spending time with her family, and watching her two kids, Alden and Ari, grow up to be great human beings.Dr. Alie Darbouze has been honored with multiple awards for her work with underserved populations, such as Legacy Magazine’s “South Florida’s Most Powerful Black Leaders in Business and Industry for 2019.” She intends to continue her dream to be a servant leader who makes a difference.
